Sweet Escape to Bogor

At the end of 2012, Pat asked me to go and visit his friend at Bogor. Since I took a day off from the office and go to Bogor with him. He said we will visit Kebun Raya Bogor! Well, the first time we go there together was when we are going to do our yearbook photoshoot which was pretty awful back then LOL. 

So here we are!

 Why am I wearing cardigan? Well,in Indonesia, especially at Bogor, rain is unpredictable. It was raining so bad, 10 minutes afterward there's sunshine. :/ so better be prepared. I also bring raincoat, thick jacket, but not bringing an umbrella! *stupid*

When I was visiting Kebun Raya Bogor 4 years back then, there supposed to be a giant tree. And now it's gone already T_T

Since Pat is pretty hungry already so we decide to fill our hungry stomach at cafe Dedaunan. I was thinking to go for traditional food out there but Pat is super duper hungry already and there's nothing could stop him from eating LOL.

I'm not impressed at all because it was sooo pricey and it doesn't taste special at all. Well at least a homemade cook could be much more better.:/ So better find a good place to eat before you go visit Kebun Raya Bogor.

This place won't be interesting if you're not a really nature fan. In example if you're having an allergy just like Pat, his neck is getting itchy after passing a big tree LOL. Well but thank you so much for bringing me here. I was a big fan of plant and nature place such as beach, mountain, and so on. Since this is a garden though, it might not be as fun as zoo. But it's a really good place to take a breath for our daily routine. I was fulfilled with new energy from the nature LOL.

On our way out, there are tons of cactus LOL. Seems like they are waving hand and saying good bye to us.

My Favorite Snack, Golden Egg Tart!

I'm a big fan of Asian food!! I love Chinese Food, Japanese Food, and of course Indonesia food as well. I love sweets especially. Ice, cream, cakes, biscuit, you name it!No wonder I'm getting fat lately! *cries*As I saw this voucher was super cheap on Disdus, I decided to buy coupon for these egg tarts!!!

Get ready to droooolllsss... :P

TEMPTING or NOT??

It's pretty cheap even without any discount. And I just love egg tarts so much!! *.* Affordable price with a good taste! I usually bought the traditional only, but I can't resist to try the others. But still I recommend the traditional as the other tastes pretty weird for an egg tart. Less is more! I even don't really fan the portuguese one.The tart was made with pastry dough and this is the first time I don't like pastry. The pastry become soft and not crunchy at all. But Pat loves it so I picked two of them. It is also best served with hot tea. Super yummy!

The filling is quite sweet, so I don't really recommend this those who doesn't love to eat sweets. You can buy them at Golden Egg Tart store in Gandaria City or Mal Kelapa Gading. :3 Each tart will only cost you around Rp 6.000,00. So cheap! 

Just never visit any bakery or sweets shop when you're on a diet. Or you will end up buying them like me. -.- #helpless. Hahahahahah... see you next time! <3

Angel in-us Coffee

Hello everyone..I'm really sorry for lack of update.. My exam schedule is really hectic! But today I wanna share about a really good place for hang out. Either with friends or a romantic date with your hubby.x3

I went to a new cafe at Kelapa Gading last week. I was waiting to be picked up by my BF, before he suddenly said, why don't we just go out for a while. And I was really exhausted because I'd just finished taking some videos for my assignments at the moment. So I think I could relax for a bit, and there we go to Angel-in-us Coffee. :D The name itself is kinda unique, right? In the first time, I read it as Angelinus. Kinda unusual.. but when I saw how did they spelled it out.. I understand what they mean. Angel is kinda popular lately during Christmas, don't you agree with me?

It is located on Lotte Mart, Kelapa Gading. Well, in fact I know Lotte Mart as a hypermarket, but lately they had built in several cafe and food corners. During the traffic hour, it's good to spent your time there. Beside, the parking fee is free! And they have such a really big parking area.

The place itself is quite cozzy and not too crowded, which I love the most. We order a drink and a cake. Trust me, it looks tiny but make us feel really full. :D I do google, because this cafe isn't as familiar as another coffee shop such as Starbucks, The Coffee Bean, etc...It's originated from Seoul, Korea. Most of the site's content is in Korean..so I can't provide any further information ..but you can go through the site from here.

Angel's wing surely are their trademarks! Event their staff wear them and so many decoration with angel's wing on it.. 

They also provide icy water for free! Well when you drink coffee, latte, etc in such a big amount for a long time, I bet you might wanna drink some water. :D this is really good.. hahaha.. and anyway, I bring inside so many side dish..

Actually I bought another two pack of potato chips and we ate them all LOL.. I was starving at the moment and just can't stop chewing.. and here's a snapshot I took. I love the wallpaper behind. It's a WALLPAPER! Not a real bookshelf lol..

Anyway, it's such a really good place to hang out together with friends, or event a romantic date. :D But don't forget to put your sweater on because I feel really cold there >< I'm easily feel cold and frozen in air conditioned room, so I must bring jacket or cardigan wherever I go.. even when I go to the beach!

Have a nice weekend everyone! I should finish some more assignments before I could back with another post. The exam end on next Thursday.. So please be patient.. >.< I have so many things to share with all of you.. 

P.S : I do recommend you to visit this cafe!! It's really awesome.. I will go there again right after my exam has finished! Definitely! x3..
